"The shower handle in my guest bath had come off and the cartridge was going bad. Both needed to be replaced. I had ordered the replacement parts from the manufacturer already. I called Acme in the morning and they scheduled me for two days from then, but ended up being available that afternoon. They came out and fixed the shower within 30 minutes. They also cleared the drain of hair without me asking them to and at no extra charge. They charged me their minimum price of $60. Another plumber in the area had initially quoted me $900 (!!) for the repair before I had replacement parts, and then $450 once I did have the replacement parts. I thought this seemed high for what appeared to be a simple part replacement, so I called Acme Plumbing. Two guys came out (Gary and Juan) and they were both very nice and worked quickly." -N. GREER
